What we collect

When you search for care we record the state, concern, plan and visit type you selected so we can improve access. That search record carries no name, email or phone number.

When you hold an appointment we collect your name, date of birth, contact details and insurance information so a clinician can lawfully treat you and so benefits can be verified.

How we use it

To match you with clinicians licensed for your location, to hold appointments, to verify benefits and quote your cost, and to contact you about your care.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use clinical information for advertising.

How it is protected

Records are stored in a HIPAA aligned system with encryption in transit and at rest, role based access for staff, and audit logging of administrative actions.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of your record, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Write to privacy@trio7health.com and we will respond within thirty days.
